Dear Colleague,
I wish to introduce myself as an educator to you who are contributing your service in the field of international education and whose name is given in the Directory of World University, Tueson, U. S. A.
（1）I am one of the members of International Advisory Board of the World University and have received Cultural Doctorate in Literature.
（2）In the state of Tamil Nadu, India, I have been Director／Principal of many private Educational Institutions and have educated thousand(s) of private teacher candidates for Oriental Title-Vidven, B. Litt., and M. A. Tamil Literature for the past twenty five years.
（3）At present I am President-cum-Director of the Parthasarathy Cultural Academy, an affiliated Institution with the World University, Tueson, U. S. A. and have recommended a number of candidates of eminence for the Award of Cultural Doctorate on the basis thesis written by them.
（4）On the basis of my literary service – The Institution of Documentation of European Studies, Brussels, Belgium has awarded the title of Doctor of Education Doctor in Communication Professor Emerite Research Professor in Indian Literature through the recommendation of Prof. Dr. Francis Dessart, Ph. D., D. D. , of Belgium University and Director of Communication Department（Dean of External Relations）- Jean Ray University Centre – General Representative of the Third World College and Studies Director of the Training Inter-University Programme for protestant Chaplains（Belgium State）.
（5）Since more than thirty years – I have written many Novels, Dreams, Adaptations, Articles etc., which have been published and some are in Manuscript Form they will find Publication soon.
（6）I am a firm believer that all educationists are the members of an intellectual family, without the members of an intellectual family, without the so called barriers of Language, Religion, Country etc., brotherhood and Literary Unit.
（7）I shall be very thankful to you – if you would kindly write in detail. What honourary Master of Arts and Doctorate Degrees, Diplomas and Certificates can be awarded or recommended by you／your Institutions specially to myself and other members of my Academy with the formalities to be followed, so that we can get a status on International level and thus strengthern(strengthen) the bonds of International fraternity.
