Dear Professor,

now returned to good old Germany I remember the excellent reception at your university with gratitude and pleasure. I want to express my warmest thanks for all your kindness and hospitality shown to me.

By same mail I send my thanks also to Professor Dr. Chang for the cordial reception and the great honour to become excelled with the doctorate. I want to give my special thanks to you, too, as I understand that you are the interpreter for this particular estimation.

Attached you will find a summary in brief of my curriculum vitae, which was asked for by Professor Dr. Chang for the laudatio. At same time I remind you of the reference by the RKW - executive organization of the federal ministry of economy-handed over to you already.

Yesterday I wrote to your son and reported him of our meeting and transfered to him your best wishes and regards from you and your esteemed consort. It was a special pleasure for me to get the acquaintance of your wife and I like to remember the wonderful days we spent together. I hope to see you again soonly, as I intend to visit Taiwna again in the near future.

In the meantime I started already my works according to the reports given by Professor Chang and got into the different connections in order to develop the ideas and plans.

To my regret I was informed that Professor Dr. Donath -a friend of mine -, director of the institute for geological research has died. I therefore entrusted the vice president of the board of directors of SYSTEMPLAN, Mr. Paul SCHNEIDER, certified chemist, with the protection of our interests. Within short time I shall give you further news on this matter.

Furthermore, we started the programmes acupuncture, agriculture, drugs from China, etc. We have to wait for the results.

For today, please accept my best wishes and regards and do not forget to give my heartiest thanks to your wife and your colleagues for all the kindness and assistance shown to me.
