On behalf of the United Poets Laureate International (UPLI), I am pleased to inform you that our Executive Board has unanimously approved your nomination for the title of “LAUREATE MAN OF LETTERS.”

This is in recognition of your outstanding services to your country and people and to the cause of democracy as a leader of men in the field of government, education and culture, philosophy, history, and human relations.
